Who we are

These terms cover the website at salinas-digital.com and the free Shopify Store Health Check. They are offered by Angel Salinas, trading as Salinas Digital, established in Spain. You can contact Angel at hello@salinas-digital.com.

Salinas Digital is the trading name. These pages do not publish a postal address or a company registration number.

The website

The site describes Shopify store reviews, customer experience work, and systems and automation. Browsing it is free. The information on the site is general. It is not a review of your store and it does not promise a change in sales, conversion, or advertising results.

The free checklist

The Shopify Store Health Check is a PDF workbook and an Excel scorecard. It is free. To receive it, you must enter your name and email and tick the box agreeing to receive emails about Salinas Digital resources, products, and services. If you do not tick that box, the checklist is not sent.

You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Unsubscribing stops future marketing. It does not by itself delete the details used to send the checklist. How those details are kept is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Policy.

The checklist is general educational material for reviewing a Shopify store. It is not a "done for you" audit, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of performance.

Licence

Angel Salinas gives you a personal, non exclusive licence to use the PDF and scorecard for your own store. You may not resell, republish, share them as a lead magnet, or present them as your own product.

Enquiries and paid work

Sending a message through the contact form does not hire Salinas Digital and does not add you to marketing emails. Paid work starts only when you and Angel Salinas both agree to it in writing. That separate agreement controls the paid work if it differs from these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, its text and design, the checklist, and the scorecard belong to Angel Salinas. These terms do not transfer that ownership.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break or interfere with the site or its forms
• send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through a form
• use the checklist outside the licence above

Liability

Spanish law includes rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, including liability for fraud. Where the law allows a limit, liability for the free checklist is limited to direct loss and to the price you paid for it. You pay nothing for the checklist.

Other websites

Links to other sites, including Instagram, are outside these terms. Their own terms and privacy notices apply once you leave this site.

Changes

These terms can be updated. The date at the top of this page will change when that happens. The version on this page applies from that date.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence, including where you may bring a claim. Otherwise, the courts of Spain will hear disputes arising from these terms.
